Players use usernames to uniquely identify themselves. And sometimes people make mistakes or want to change their user names at some point in life. Players using Minecraft Java Edition are given the opportunity to change their in-game username every 30 days. To change your Minecraft username the player should first access their account page and then request the username change. Without any further ado, let’s go over how players can change their usernames.
These alterations can only be completed on PC and Mac versions of the games because Xbox and Play station usernames are linked to the respective console.
How do you change my username?
If you have created your account within the last 30 days, you cannot edit your username or change usernames more than once every 30 days. One way to change your name would be to try changing it to a synonym that hasn’t been claimed by anyone else. You can only include underscores, letters, and numbers when creating the account name. The username cannot be less than two characters long. Minecraft players can change their in-game username by changing their Minecraft account name. To play Minecraft, a player must first have an account. Once they understand the limitations, players can log in to their account from any web browser.
Players can go to the bottom of the web page after signing in and viewing their account profile page. The player’s current name will be shown, and they can change it by clicking the “change” drop down.
