How To Win Fortnite Battle Royale

So you’ve just begun to play Fortnite Battle Royale, one of the world’s most popular games. Congratulations! Now let’s work on getting you that first Victory Royale.

To win consistently in Fortnite, eventually, you’ll have to know how to use your building skills. Those who want to win should do the following: build high up, get a good vantage point, and aim for the head. To improve your skill at Fortnite, it’s recommended to practice. You’ll have a better chance of improving if you lose a bunch of games than if you just play casually.

If lack of building ability is holding you back from winning Fortnite, don’t worry – here are three strategies for new players who want to win without building.

Fortnite Battle Royale

Strategy #1: Play it safe for as long as you can.

In Fortnite, you cannot win any medals for bravery. One way to last until the final circles is by playing cautiously. Avoid the enemies, hug the outside of each circle, and if you have medkits available on your touchpad it might be worth dipping into the storm to avoid fights. For a successful nighttime mission, don’t draw attention to yourself, shoot only when you know your shots will hit and have cleared the area of any man-made structures or doors.

If you find yourself in a final circle, find a good hiding spot and crouch. Your enemies can hear your footsteps as well as the sound of when you switch weapons, so keep movement to an absolute minimum. Keep track of your shifting spots for you to escape the storm. This can be done by calling out the location or making marks on the ground. Avoid running and sprinting as much as possible to avoid showing your footsteps

The only way to win Fortnite is by killing your last opponent, or if you’ve strategically maneuvered yourself into a position where it’s tough for the other player to hit you. Winning in Fortnite is challenging, but there are a few strategies that can be more effective than others. One strategy would be to stay alive by stocking up on meds and fireplaces, but another might see you dying before the rainstorm actually kills your enemies. For the final battle, be sure to pick up a shotgun and engage in close-quarter combat. Aim for their head when you jump.

Strategy #2: Destroy your opponents’ structures to get them off their game.

There are many strategies for succeeding at Fortnite, but one strategy is to keep your enemies trapped and on the defensive by attacking them relentlessly.

You will need to play aggressively in order for this strategy to work. After the initial looting, focus on engaging with enemies so that you can cycle through better loot. Make sure to include explosives, a medium-range weapon like an assault rifle, a shotgun, and plenty of ammo in your loadout. Use the explosives and assault rifle in the endgame to take out the bottom of an enemy’s fort, and then rush them with a shotgun. When enemies build up around you, don’t stop shooting their structures down. Try to keep enemies on your level or below and don’t give them time to heal or replenish shields.

Strategy #3: Find the best player in the game and follow him/her

If your friends think strategy #1 was sneaky, wait until they hear strategy #3. To win a game of Fortnite, it requires a rudimentary knowledge about building and a deep willingness to stand perfectly still for many minutes at a time.

It is best to follow strategy #1 until the end of the game, and then identify your enemy with the strongest position in-game. They’ll likely have an unfair advantage, like a sniper rifle or rocket launcher. As they pick off the remaining players one by one…If you can wait for the perfect opportunity to surprise this enemy – try not to get caught during a firefight. Ideally, they are on a tower at the top of the map. In this case, try to move into a lower level or building structure; only leave your living space if necessary, and be sure to conceal yourself as you go. They’ll be gone in a few seconds, but if they are in an enclosed space and will not climb back down on their own, approach them from below. Add a ramp so you don’t confront them head-on, then allow yourself to get chased off by the shotgun.

Wait for the other players to be eliminated before shooting them out. When you’re below your target number, get ready and wait for them to gather up more people so you can eliminate them. You don’t want to be the first one they find. After taking out the third-place enemy, move right under their footsteps and blow up immediately. If you become proficient with the shotgun and are able to take out enemies quickly as they approach, this strategy has a pretty good chance of taking you through to the end. Just be sure to aim for their heads.
